Often, small adjustments are all that is needed to increase the cycle rate. This optimisation allows us to fine-tune the interaction of the individual stations, and to optimise tool contours or materials. This is followed by tool-specific operator training to ensure ease of use.
Modernisations
If your Schmale machine no longer meets the current requirements in terms of its mechanical or electrical/control technology, it’s time for a partial or general overhaul.
In the case of a partial overhaul, for example, the safety concept is completely revised as part of a control system retrofit.
In the case of a general overhaul, all mechanical wear parts are also replaced.
