Training courses

A training course supports you in all aspects of interaction with your schmale machine and helps you to use your schmale machine optimally and efficiently. The content is developed in close collaboration with you. This allows us to tailor the training to your individual needs and requirements.

Operator training and production support

Operating our complex systems requires the use of trained personnel. When a machine is delivered, we train your operators and fitters in an initial briefing lasting several days. These topics can be reinforced over the first few months or years.

Follow-up training can take place on our premises and be conducted on a theoretical basis. Another option is to hold the training at your premises, ideally on the machine itself.

As part of our production support, we can accompany you during a normal shift and work with you to optimise processes or help you solve any problems that may arise.

Possible contents:

  • Machine construction
  • Machine engineering
  • Maintenance
  • Machine operation
  • Minimising set-up times
  • Tool design
  • Design and application of forming units
  • Reading / implementation of a function plan

Online fault report

The online fault report helps our Service department to make an initial assessment of the problem and, if necessary, speed up the service call. A qualified service employee will contact you as soon as possible in order to rectify the fault.

Optimisation

Our Service department also optimises schmale machines that are approaching the end of their useful life. In most cases, even small adjustments are enough to increase the cycle rate. We can fine-tune the interaction of the individual stations and optimise tool contours or materials.
