What sets us apart from our competitors?
At the beginning of a new project, we carry out a detailed analysis of our customer's individual production problem and then we put together a tailor-made package of technologies. This is always the starting point for the design of our wire, tube and strip production systems - not just a standard machine from our product portfolio. Each of the production technologies can be combined with others on a modular basis and is not tied to an existing machine concept. This clearly sets us apart from the competition - we simply do things differently.

Our development team always thinks beyond the limits of the respective project, is constantly looking for ways to optimise, e.g. raw material or energy savings, and taking into account possible future system developments at an early stage, so that our customers always get a highly productive and future-proof solution.
Innovative machines: servo-electric and energy-efficient
We specialise in optimising the control of our servo-electric drives. This is an essential part of schmale’s innovative system technology. Thanks to the consistent use of energy-efficient technologies, our machines consume around 50 percent less energy than comparable systems from our competitors. In November 2016, we even received an award from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia for our exceptionally energy-efficient machines.
Turnkey solutions for a wide range of industries
We provide turnkey solutions, ranging from modular machining centres such as the X2000NC or the SPEEDMAX, to customised special-purpose machines. Our core competence lies in the intelligent automation of a wide range of operations. schmale systems are used by suppliers to the automotive and railway industries, in the packaging sector or by manufacturers of kitchen appliances, bicycles, DIY products, etc.

Promptly at your service
The Service department at schmale Maschinenbau GmbH is responsible for technical customer support. Our competent service team is usually available within 24 hours. Error analysis and troubleshooting is often carried out by remote maintenance via our service programmers.
If spare parts and mechanics are required on site, our customers can be sure that they will receive original spare parts and experienced schmale mechanics at short notice.
